CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING 
3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 - 1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Add milk, butter and syrup. Cook until it will form a firm ball. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, beat until thick enough to spread.
