SAUSAGE 'N RICE SKILLET SUPPER 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
3/4 c. raw rice (NOT instant)
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Combine sausage, rice, soup, water, butter, and salt in electric skillet at 350 degrees or heavy skillet on medium heat. Cover and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer covered for 15 minutes or until rice is done.
