8 lg. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter

Boil an and mash potatoes (I use electric mixer) all ingredients except butter. Place in greased casserole dish. Dot with the butter and garnish with paprika and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
