BEST BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. broccoli (chopped)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne or 3 drops Tabasco
1/4 tsp. thyme

Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour. Add milk and half and half. Add broccoli and stir until thickened and smooth. Dissolve bouillon cubes and seasoning.

For variety: Add 6-8 ounce crab meat.

For lower calories: Omit half and half, dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups hot water.
