CARAMEL BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix and take out 3/4 cup mixture and set aside. Pat rest into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Put 1 large package chocolate chips on top of first layer. Then cover with 1/2 to 2/3 jar of Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel Fudge. Add 1/2 cup oatmeal to 3/4 cup mixture and sprinkle over caramel. Bake another 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
