1 slice bread
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut a 2 inch round hole in center of bread. In a small skillet, heat butter until melted. Place bread in skillet and break egg in hole. Cook on low heat, slowly until egg is set. Turn over and cook until egg is done. Eat up!
