BASIC BROWN RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 c. cooked brown rice
2 oz. breast of chicken, cooked
1 tsp. Tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Water

Spray a stick-free pan with Pam. Place lemon juice, Tamari soy sauce, brown rice, and chicken in pan. Cook on medium heat. Cook quickly, stirring constantly. You may add a little water or white wine if it becomes dry while cooking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to cover rice and chicken. Use any fresh vegetables while cooking, if desired.
