2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. apples, thinly sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix together until moist. Dump into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
