2 1/2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour in 13x9x2 buttered pan. Serve warm. Try whipped cream or ice cream on it. That's good, too! Nothing like a scratch cake.
