APPLE "DUMP" CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
3 c. sliced apples

Mix first 7 ingredients by hand, then fold in nuts and raisins. Run a knife through the apple slices and fold into cake.

Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
