KING CRAB FETTUCCINE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Dry wine (opt.)
1 minced garlic clove
8 oz. crabmeat
3/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
12 oz. fettucini

Melt butter in skillet. Saute garlic. Stir in crab, cream, cheese, wine, salt and pepper; stir until blended. Pour over fettucini. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4 to 6. Easy, but excellent.
