OPEN - FACED HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion, fine
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese (sm. cubed)

Mix all ingredients. Spread fairly thin on buttered hamburger bun halves. Broil 3 inches from heat 5-8 minutes. (Hamburger is brown and cheese is melted.)
