STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Milk to fill
Dash salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries
1 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients except lemon juice. Stir well. Add lemon juice after putting mixture into freezer; stir and freeze at once.

Makes 1 gallon.
