CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake mix, dry
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk, Eagle Brand
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix by hand cake mix, 1/2 cup condensed milk, nuts and butter. Press half of mixture into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread chocolate chips on top. Melt caramels with remaining condensed milk. Pour on top of chocolate chips. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top of chips. Bake 13 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; put in fridge for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
