ITALIAN MARBLE CAKE 
1 box marble cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip (or 8 oz.)

Mix cake according to directions and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased, floured pan. Mix sugar, eggs, cheese and vanilla. Spoon mixture over the top of the unbaked cake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees and cool.

Mix pudding with 1 cup milk. Add to Cool Whip and frost cooked cake. Cake should be refrigerated.
