6 to 8 leftover (cooked) biscuits 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 or 3 eggs Enough milk to fill dish half full Nutmeg Break up biscuits into deep casserole dish. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla and milk. Pour all over biscuits. If more liquid is needed, pour more milk in mixer bowl. Stir to get all the sugar out. Pour this over biscuits. Mash biscuits down into liquid until they are covered. Sprinkle nutmeg all over. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown. |
