SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. bulk (hot) sausage
3 c. Bisquick
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Roll into walnut size balls. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain grease and cook until brown in oven. These can be frozen and reheated in regular oven or microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
