BLUEBERRY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 large box black cherry Jell-O
1 can blueberries, drained

Topping:

3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Prepare jello with 1/2 the usual water. Add fruit and let set overnight. Top with the mixture of sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and nuts. Refrigerate.

Always a hit. This can also substitute for dessert.
