HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6-8 potatoes, boiled and drained
6 slices of bacon, fried crisp
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. celery seed
2-3 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar to taste
Water as needed

Fry bacon; let drain on paper towel. Cook potatoes and drain. Saute onion and green pepper in bacon drippings. Add salt, pepper, and celery seed. Add flour in drippings to brown, then add vinegar and water to make gravy. Add pimentos and pour over potatoes.
