OREO FROZEN DESSERT 
Crumble Oreo cookies (20 ounce bag, not double stuff) and put in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press into pan to make a crust. Chill. Partially thaw Mint Ice cream (or any flavor) and put on top of Oreo cookie crust. Freeze. Pour Hershey's chocolate syrup over top of ice cream layer; freeze again. Spread Cool Whip over the chocolate and freeze again. Top with cookie crumbs. Freeze.
