ICE CREAM WHEN CAMPING 
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. chocolate

Place ingredients in a 1 pound coffee can. Stir to make sure egg is broken. Cover with plastic lid. Place can in 3 pound coffee can. Put ice cubes around it with 1/2 cup of rock salt - if table salt is used, use more. Roll back and forth for 10 minutes - add ice if needed. Roll the same 2 more times or until frozen.
