YAKI MANDO 
MEAT MIXTURE:

1 sm. head of cabbage
1 1/2 lb. hamburger. meat
1/4 tsp. accent of MSG
3 or 4 onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Boil cabbage until soft. Drain and cool. Chop cabbage and onions very finely. Squeeze out as much water from the chopped cabbage as possible. Mix with the rest of the meat mixture.

Place one tablespoon of meat mixture in bought wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers. Fold wrappers to form a triangle and seal edges. A beaten egg helps to moisten the edges to make a tight seal. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Makes 60 to 70.
