BROCCOLI SUPREME 
1 slightly beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top, best)

In mixing bowl, combine egg, broccoli, cream style corn, onion, salt, and pepper. In small saucepan, melt butter and herb seasoned stuffing mix, tossing to coat. Stir butter stuffing mix into vegetable mixture. Turn into ungreased 1 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
