SHRIMP QUICHES 
Pastry for 2-crust pie
3/4 c. chopped cooked shrimp
1/4 c. sliced green onion tops and bottoms
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed

On floured surface, roll half of pastry into 12-inch circle. Cut 6 (4-inch) circles. Repeat with remaining pastry. Fit into 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin pan cups. Fill each with some shrimp, onion and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Serves 12.
