BISQUICK QUICHE | |
Ham, shrimp, or crabmeat 4 green peppers 3 to 4 c. shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheese, mixed 4 eggs 2 green onions 3 jalapeno peppers 1 c. Bisquick 2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Put meat, onions, and peppers on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat and peppers. In a blender, put the Bisquick, eggs, milk, and seasoning. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds and then pour over meat and peppers. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. If using a glass dish, bake at 350 degrees. |
