QUICHE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. meat (bacon, ham, shrimp, crab, sausage, etc.)
1/2 c. vegetable (broccoli, spinach, etc.) (optional)
Pie shell

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in cheese. Put meat and vegetable into pie shell. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
