HASH 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
1 lb. lean pork chops, boneless
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients and pour over meat in crock pot. Cook overnight. Mash with potato masher and serve on buns.
