2 1/3 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
3 over ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 c. sugar

Stir all ingredients well; put in large greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Test center for doneness.

Delicious with strawberry cream or pineapple cream cheese on top.
