BAKED LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can tomato paste
Garlic powder, oregano
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
7 lasagne noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Brown the ground beef. Add the tomato paste and enough water to make the thickness of sauce you like. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and oregano. Add 1/2 teaspoon of basil leaves. Stir together and let simmer on low. Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Lay on paper towels to drain.

Put 3 noodles in the bottom of a 9 x 11 inch pan. Spoon in half of the meat sauce, half of the cottage cheese, 1/3 of the Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put in 2 more noodles, rest of cottage cheese, 1/3 third more of the Mozzarella and can sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Put on last 2 noodles, rest of meat sauce, last of the Mozzarella and can sprinkle more Parmesan on top if desired. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen and baked when wanted.
