BANANA BREAD 
Sift together:

2 c. whole grain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (from the sea)

Blend:

2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk (or whole milk with 1 tsp. vinegar)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

ADD while blender is running:

3 1/2 ripe bananas (eat the other half)
3/4 to 1 1/4 c. raw sugar

Mix-blend well, and wet into dry ingredients. Mix everything with a spoon. Bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
