HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced ham
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. grated cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. milk

Cook broccoli just until tender; drain. Mix with ham and diced potatoes in a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Melt butter and blend in 1/4 cup flour, slowly add 2 cups milk, stir and cook until thick. Add pepper, steak sauce, cheese, mustard and salt. Stir until cheese melts, pour over ham mixture. Mix the topping ingredients and drop by tablespoons onto mixture.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425°F.
