TORTILLA ROLLS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. lime juice
Green onion to taste
1/2-1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. lg. tortillas, flat, 12 or 10 in pkg.

Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Put one tortilla on waxed paper at a time. Spread mixture to edges. Roll tortilla and wrap in the waxed paper. Continue until all tortillas are rolled. Chill overnight (or at least 8 hours). Cut into 1" circles. Arrange on platter with extra picante sauce in a bowl in center. Makes about 100 appetizers.
