2 lb. scallops or 1 lb. each scallops & shrimp 4 garlic cloves 2 pt. half & half 1/4-1/3 c. sherry 2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese Saute scallops and/or shrimp and set aside. Add half & half to garlic and butter. Add 1/4 cup sherry. Simmer 45 minutes during the last 3 inches add scallops and turn off heat. Add 2 cups of cheese just before serving and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Serve over spinach noodles with bread and salad. |
