GINGERBREAD 
1 c. syrup (cane)
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
