CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken (cut up) 1 c. celery (cooked and chopped) 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 pimiento (chopped) 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk 1/4 c. slivered almonds (optional) Combine all the ingredients, but save 1 cup of the noodles for the top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Submitted by: Robin Feltoon |
