IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased 10" x 1 1/2" plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
