1 pkg. lime Jello
1 can applesauce
1 c. hot water
1 c. vanilla ice cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water, stir in applesauce. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in ice cream. Chill until firm. Spoon in sherbet dishes and top with a dab of whipped cream and a cherry.
