ZUCCHINI BITES 
1 env. golden onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini (about 1 med.)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. basil

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Into well greased 7 1/2 x 9 3/4 inch mini-muffin pan, spoon mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or more until golden. Makes approximately 24.
