SHIRLEY'S COFFEE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 2 eggs 1 can pecan frosting 2 c. sour cream 1/2 pkg. shredded coconut (optional) 1 stick butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired) Mix cake mix, eggs and sour cream together. Put 1/2 in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut over (if using it). Spread pecan frosting over first layer. Cover with remaining batter. Melt 1 stick butter and drizzle over cake. Add nuts to top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes. |
