1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10X sugar
1 stick butter
Plastic flower pot
Spade
Artificial flowering or green plant
Gummy worms

Crush Oreos in blender or food processor until the consistency of dirt; then set aside. Cream together cream cheese, 10X sugar and butter. Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture. Mix pudding with 3 cups milk. Stir together pudding and cream cheese mixture. Assemble in flower pot in layers. Start with Oreos, then filling, then Oreos, etc. End with Oreos on top. Wrap the bottom of the plant with aluminum foil and place in center of finished dessert. Place gummy worms on top and sides of pot. Refrigerate several hours or overnight is best.
