1 lg. pkg. Oreos (crumb 3 in blender at a time)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 new (7 or 8 inch) flower pot

1. Cream 8 ounce package cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

2. Mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip.

Mix 1 and 2 together. Layer in pot starting with cookies, cream, cookies, cream and 1 inch of cookies on top. Finish with a few flowers "growing" out of the pot and a few "Gummi Worms" poking out of the dirt. Serve with a new small garden shovel. Store in refrigerator.
