EASY ALMOND - WALNUT ROCCA 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in the next 5 and spread on a cookie sheet. Put in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle chocolate on it. Put it back in the oven for 3 minutes. Take out and spread. Sprinkle with nuts and put in refrigerator.
