4 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets & peeled 1/2 c. cheese 1 lb. pork sausage 1 lb. hamburger Onions to taste 1 egg Some corn flakes, as needed 1 (16 oz.) box frozen broccoli 1 1/2 c. celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. cheese 1 tsp. dill weed 1 tbsp. chopped parsley In a buttered casserole place a layer of potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese. Take the sausage and form into balls and fry. Mix the hamburger, some onions, the egg and enough corn flakes to hold the mixture together. Make into balls and fry. Drain fat. Cook the broccoli and celery together. Place the broccoli and celery on top of cheese that is in the casserole. Then put on a layer of sausage balls, a layer of hamburger balls. Combine the three cans of soup and place on top of meat layers. Top this with about 1/2 cup cheese which has dill weed and parsley mixed with it. Don't add any salt. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through. |
