SAUSAGE & RICE DISH 
1 lb. sausage
14 oz. can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 green pepper
1 med. onion

Fry sausage, drain. Stir fry green peppers and onions, chopped up. Cook rice as directions on box. Drain mushrooms, onions, peppers, mushrooms, rice. Then mix in cream of mushroom soup (no water). Put in baking dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
