SAUSAGE AND RICE DISH 
1 lb. link sausage
1 medium onion
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 green pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. water
1/2 c. white sauce

Cut up links in small pieces and fry until brown; drain off grease, leaving a little to brown onion, pepper, and celery with sausage. Add soup, water, rice, and white sauce. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour or until rice is cooked. Put in casserole; sprinkle with toasted bread, cheese, Wheaties, or potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
