RICE AND SAUSAGE HOT DISH 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. Jimmy Dean mild sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
3 c. celery, chopped
4 env. Lipton dry chicken noodle soup mix
8 c. hot water
3/4 c. wild rice
3/4 c. long grain white rice

Brown sausage; drain. Saute onions, green peppers, celery in 3 tablespoons butter. Dissolve soup in hot water. Mix all together. Bake 1 hour, covered and 1/2 hour, uncovered at 350 degrees. Makes a lot, 2 large casseroles.
