MINT PIE 
CRUST:

18 Oreo cookies crushed (take frosting out). Add 1/3 cup sugar and 6 tablespoons melted butter and mix; press into 8 inch pie plate, building up the sides; place in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

FILLING:

Melt 20 large marshmallows in 1/2 cup milk in double boiler; cool. Beat 1 cup whipping cream; add to marshmallow mixture; blend in 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring and 3 drops green food coloring; pour into crust; refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
