MONKEY CAKE 
4 tins Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut biscuits into 1/4 inch pieces. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. When completely coated, plop into bundt pan. When all biscuit pieces are in the pan, pour the leftover sugar and cinnamon on top of them. Then pour the melted butter over the entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until biscuit pieces seem thoroughly cooked. Remove and invert on large plate. Cake can be eaten hot or cold. Do not cut in slices, just pull apart and enjoy. Apples and/or raisins can be added to the cake too.
