MONKEY CAKE 
4 (10 oz.) dinner "rolls" or biscuits (not buttermilk)
2 c. sugar (brown or regular)
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tsp. cinnamon

Cut rolls into quarters, coat with sugar (a few at a time is easiest, in a big bowl). Place half of coated roll pieces in bottom of bundt pan.

Make a syrup with remaining sugar, butter and cinnamon. Pour half of syrup mixture on bottom layer of rolls. Add remaining pieces on top and coat with the rest of the syrup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Immediately turn on a plate large enough to collect all the syrup.

This is best served warm. It is eaten by pulling chunks off the cake.
