ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/4 c. oil 3 c. grated zucchini 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or 10x13 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Do not underbake. Cool in pan 15 minutes. |
